Water My Yard vs Houston 311 Usage & Stats
A healthy yard needs less water than you may think. Water My Yard provides weekly watering recommendations customized for your local area and your irrigation system. Notifications include the amount of water needed, how long to run your irrigation system in minutes, and whether there are local watering restrictions in place. Limited service areas are available. Please visit watermyyard.org to determine if your area is available. Water My Yard is a program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service conducted in collaboration with cities, water utilities, and water districts.

your location and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request.
Reports are automatically sent to the City’s 311 system and routed to city departments
for resolution.
