Whats My Blood Sugar displays the Glucose Data that you add to iHealth using iHealth or other apps in a typical and standard way. It displays the Average Blood Sugar Test Strip values that you have entered using the Apple iHealth app or other third party apps and quickly displays the average summary values for 7 days, 14 days, 30 days and 90 days. It then calculates the A1C equivalent for each summary. This calculation is based on research funded by the American Diabetes Association. My own personal experience is that the A1C values that are calculated by WhatsMyBloodSugar App are more conservative than my Actual A1C tests but your results could vary and it also depends on how many data points are available.
