Welcome to Obsessed!
At Obsessed, we don't just offer an app; we offer a streamlined, powerful approach to conquering OCD that's unlike anything you've experienced before.
Truly Based on Cutting-Edge Neuroscience
While the word ‘neuroscience’ can be tossed around as a buzzword, Obsessed is aligned with how the brain really works. Designed by an OCD researcher, the Obsessed Technique is split into four stages, comprising 735 + professional audio sessions: Learn, Prepare, Desensitize and Feel Great.
Together, these rewire the brain circuitry that generates your unpleasant symptoms in a highly efficient, targeted way.
More Precise Interventions = Freedom
Like most OCD sufferers, you’ve probably spent months or years trying to calm your anxiety. Two or three people out of every 100 will experience OCD symptoms in their lifetime, yet it can take an astonishing 17 years for sufferers to receive proper treatment.
Is your emotional brain on red alert, fixated on ‘worst outcome’ scenarios?
Do you feel like you TRY and ‘expose yourself’ to your fears, yet never experience the relief you desire?
You’re perfectly normal – you just haven’t targeted the true root causes of your OCD yet in a way your brain can understand. This changes everything.
Many Themes, Same Underlying Pattern
In the app, you’ll find almost every OCD theme under the sun. Here are just a few of:
Our popular themes: Relationship OCD, Harm OCD, Checking OCD, Sensorimotor OCD, HOCD, POCD, Contamination OCD, Legal OCD, Just Right OCD, Religious OCD, Data OCD…
Our rarer themes: Music Obsession OCD, Manifestation OCD, Existential OCD, True Nature OCD, Depression OCD.
OCD-like conditions we cover: DPDR, Agoraphobia, Fear of Missing Out (FOMO)… & many more.
Obsessed guides you through exposure-response-prevention (ERP), but in a novel, superior way.
First, you’ll identify your specific core fears – your ‘worst nightmare outcomes’. "Every problem contains within itself the seeds of its own solution.” - Norman Vincent Peale
Then, you’ll access an abundance of material teaching you how to PROVE to your brain that these fears aren’t real threats.
OCD is stubborn, and your brain needs real evidence to heal!
Tap into New, Uplifting Emotional States
A common error is to think, “I’ll be happy when I’m better!”. Really, you need to start cultivating positive emotions right now.
Why? Our brains have evolved to keep us alive by preserving energy. And, establishing new neural pathways requires… energy. To encourage your brain to rewire itself, you must SHOW it that you’re committed to chasing new, more positive feelings.
To make this effortless, we’ve curated beautiful pep talks, meditations, and hypnosis sessions designed to help you:
- Gain momentum
- Trust yourself, others & your brain’s capacity to heal
- Construct a new, healed self-concept
- Celebrate your simple moments and epic adventures alike
- Maintain your progress!
We’re Always Responding to Your Feedback…
To make Obsessed as valuable as possible for you. Expect new themes, fresh content, and even smoother features as we rapidly grow.
Plus, we’ve made a big promise to you – to remain wholly grounded in science. Our material mirrors the most robust findings from neuroscience, and will consistently integrate future insights from reputable sources.
