A long time ago, a wise man who was adored by many people as "The Great Saint" visited this place. He loved the climate and people of Ishinomaki so much that he brought a book called the "Great Scripture" to the area. The scriptures contain beautifully illustrated stories that bring smiles, joy, and sometimes courage to the people of Ishinomaki, and with their blessings, the city continues to live in peace. One day, it was decided that a new village would be established in Ishinomaki. A few days later, in a faraway capital, a young magician boy heard the call for help.
