How to use TAG? - Download the MARTI: TAG & Scooter app! - Open the TAG section when the service is available in your area. - Set your destination. - Select the vehicle type and tap “LET’S GO.” - Travel to your destination in the comfort of a private vehicle. - Request TAG, get picked up, and go! How to use Martı Courier? - Download the MARTI: TAG & Scooter app. - Open the Courier tab when the service is available in your area. - Set the sender or receiver address. - Select the courier type and tap “Create Delivery.” - Your courier arrives within minutes and delivers your package. How to use Martı Scooter, Mobilet, or Moped? - Download the MARTI: TAG & Scooter app! - Check nearby vehicles (scooters, mobilets, mopeds) on the map and find the closest one. - Tap “START RIDE”, scan the QR code, and start your ride. - If you are using a Martı Scooter, push off with your foot and press the throttle to move. - If you are using a Martı Mobilet, close the side stand and twist the throttle on the right handle. - If you are using a Martı Moped, wear your helmet, release the center stand, and twist the throttle. - Enjoy your ride and always follow traffic rules. - When ending your ride, park according to the rules and take a photo showing the entire vehicle (scooter, mobilet, or moped) to complete the ride.
