Programmed to detect falls and immediately call for help, giving you peace of mind when you can’t be with them. If a fall is detected, our agents will call the Loved One via the 2-way cell enabled Belle-X device and send emergency help if needed. As the caregiver you can also choose to be notified. See a history of recorded falls within the app.
GPS Location & Geofencing:
GPS monitoring and nationwide 4G cellular coverage ensures you’ll always know where your Loved One is located. Set up geofencing to be notified if your Loved One exits or enters a certain location.
First Motion & Step Tracking:
Monitor your Loved One’s first motion each day to ensure they’re moving around as expected — and see their step count to gauge how active they are.

Only available from Connected Caregiver, Prompter reminds Loved Ones to take their medication AND alerts family caregivers to a possible missed dose. The cell-enabled Prompter uses motion and contact sensors to detect if it is picked up and if a pill door is opened. If no interaction is detected, Prompter can alert you (the caregiver) via text or push notification so you can follow up with your Loved One.
