PursueCare provides virtual, judgment-free addiction recovery services for individuals struggling with alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and other addictive substances. We also provide support for co-occurring mental health conditions.
Same-day admissions are available so you can connect with care and start treatment right away. You’ll receive immediate access to a team of addiction and mental health specialists including physicians, psychiatric providers, counselors, pharmacists, and case managers. Our in-house pharmacy, PursueCareRx, can fill your prescriptions and deliver them directly to you.
We accept many private insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid.

How to Get Started
1. Download the app and create an account. Fill out your profile by answering some basic questions.
2. A Patient Access Specialist will contact you to complete your profile, discuss insurance and/or payment options, and set up your first appointment.
3. Meet with your clinical team. They will assess your needs, create a personalized treatment plan, and write any necessary prescriptions.
4. Meet with your Case Manager who can help keep you on track and connect you with helpful tools and resources to support your recovery.
5. Start your journey to better health and a better life.
What to Expect
Treatment happens on your time, when and where it is convenient for you. You will have access to on-demand check-ins with your Case Manager, at-home drug screening, self-assessments, and regular therapy and MAT appointments. During these appointments, we encourage you to bring up any questions or concerns you might have.
PursueCare does not let any third parties track user data, and we do not disclose protected health information for any reason other than to facilitate care. We do not collect and sell any data to third parties for advertising or other similar purposes. We do not record patient visits or store data from patient video visits on their device.
