Other than mental states, the app also compares the relative strength of your brain frequencies - bands, including delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma. Put on your SenzeBand, use MindViewer to record your mental state, and try with various activities. Observe which activities let you focus better, which activities give you more stress and tension. If there is an activity you want to train and become better in, practice it while using SenzeBand and MindViewer. Over time, observe if your focus has increased in this activity.
