SetsReps is an app for easy and fast recording and redoing your strength exercises. Add your gyms and also for example "Home" or "Garage" as a location of your recorded gym sessions. You can record strength workouts by selecting exercises and equipments from preset exercise and equipment library and also create your own exercises and equipments. Exercises can be done using selected gym equipment, without equipment using your body weight, and also with aerobic devices for example when doing warm-up. You can use built-in resting alarm to control the resting time between each workout set. You can do circuit training by quickly switching between started workouts. You can easily create progressive gym program by redoing gym sessions and adding more sets, load and workouts compared to the previously done workouts. App remembers all workout parameters (sets, reps and load) from the previous workouts so there's no need for you to remember what did you use last time when doing the same workout. There's statistics screens with charts and visualisations for following up your gym sessions on high-level and on workout level. Statistics are also provided by exercise effects so you can follow-up there has been effect on the different body parts. You can also export all gym sessions with detailed workout data from the app in a csv-file to be analysed more in detail.
