With the app and the myEGK insurance platform, you can easily manage your health insurance at EGK-Gesundheitskasse on the go and digitally – paperless and around the clock. myEGK offers the following advantages: • Submit your reimbursement receipts, prescriptions and receipts digitally – as a PDF or in the app using the handy receipt scanner. • Keep track of your insurance cover, your submitted invoices and cost contributions at all times. • Receive all your documents digitally. • Change your personal data, your deductible, your accident cover or your EGK Care doctor yourself – without having to go through the agency. • Use your Vicard digital insurance card and that of all family members at over 5,000 service providers in Switzerland via the app. • Write messages directly to EGK • Manage the insurance cover of all family members centrally in one place. The app can be used by insured persons of the EGK-Gesundheitskasse with basic and/or supplementary insurance.
