Start Your Wellness Journey Today! Simply download the Life Enhanced app, connect your smartphone or wearable, and begin earning rewards. Life Enhanced® connects with Apple Health to sync data. This includes: Steps, heart rate, floors, sleep analysis, cycling distance, active energy, and workouts captured by Apple Health or the Apple Watch. If you own a supported device: Install the Life Enhanced® app and sign-up using the information provided to you. You control the data passed to the app and can disconnect any device at any time. *Note: Life Enhanced users that have an eligible life insurance policy may redeem points in exchange for gift cards, access discounts, or donations to support nonprofit organizations. While anyone over 18 years of age can join Life Enhanced, certain app features, including rewards, may not be available unless you own an eligible State Farm® life insurance policy. At this time, policyholders in Florida and New York are not eligible for the full program.
