This exciting benefit is available for State Farm customers who have purchased a new life insurance policy since January 1, 2022. Earn rewards* for choosing a more active lifestyle Whether you're living an active lifestyle, or need an extra incentive to create positive habits, State Farm wants to help keep you motivated by offering rewards through this app. Available rewards and perks: • Gift cards to your favorite brands • Charitable giving to organizations in your community • Discounts and offers from popular stores Get access to these resources: • Fitness challenges and activity tracking • Financial tools and courses • Mental wellness tips • End-of-life planning tools • Insurance product information • Safety education Simply download the Life Enhanced app, connect to your smartphone health app or a wearable fitness device, and start earning rewards. Download the app today! Life Enhanced® connects with Apple Health to sync data. This includes: Steps, heart rate, floors, sleep analysis, cycling distance, active energy, and workouts captured by Apple Health or the Apple Watch. If you own a supported device: Install the Life Enhanced® app and sign-up using the information provided to you. You control the data passed to the app and can disconnect any device at any time. *Note: Life Enhanced users that have an eligible life insurance policy may redeem points in exchange for gift cards, access discounts, or donations to support nonprofit organizations. While anyone over 18 years of age can join Life Enhanced, certain app features, including rewards, may not be available unless you own an eligible State Farm® life insurance policy. At this time, policyholders in Florida and New York are not eligible for the full program. Please note that some policyholders may experience a delay up to 30 days before a new policy is eligible for rewards. If you do not have an eligible life policy, points earned only represent the challenges or activities completed and are not redeemable in exchange for gift cards, but may be applied as donations to support nonprofit organizations.
