It is part of the SafeDrive Journey training program developed by DrivOlution for a safer and more sustainable mobility. DRIVE COACH offers your organization the opportunity to improve the driving behavior of its whole fleet. The app helps you to improve your driving skills with in-app coaching tools. The app is very easy to install and to set up. No calibration is required. No cradle or other hardware is needed. DRIVE COACH only uses smartphone sensors to calculate indicators that reflect your driving behavior. The app uses very little power. How does it work? The app automatically detects motorized trips without any action on the part of the driver. It collects driving data and provides the driver with an analysis of each trip and statistics to monitor his progress. The analysis includes up to 4 scores: A safety score that expresses the safety of the driving by analyzing the dynamic behavior of the vehicle on the road. An eco-driving score which indicates the efficiency of the trip by measures the rate of acceleration, irregular speed and the rate of deceleration. A distraction score that measures interactions with the smartphone while driving. A speeding score that highlights the respect of the driver for speed limits. It changes according to the distance traveled above the speed limit. After each trip, the driver automatically receives the scores and tips on how to do better next time. For each score, the driver can also see his progress in the ranking of his organization.
