Your PT enters you onto their own AFTPro app, you receive an email with your private link to setting up your AFT+ log in. Once you create your own free AFT+ log in simply enter to see all Health Assessments, Progress graphs, Programs, both Built In & Trainer Made, your personal profile and goals along with your booked in training sessions!
