Retail Scanning Inventory App has been developed for the the following users: 1.- Individuals who want to start their own business conducting inventories for retail stores. Those stores can start from a convenience store to a full grocery store. 2.- Business owners who own a retail store and want to verify counts when inventories companies conduct inventories on their store. 3.- Business owners who would want to perform partial inventories and verify agains their inventory books. Retail Scanning Inventory app can be used on any country where a retail inventory is required either as part of business practices or legal requirements. Users using Retail Scanning Inventory app, can use it mainly to conduct an inventory then export the inventory data using JSON, CSV, or ASC files. The users can load an item master that allows item validation while scanning. The user can review the inventory and delete current inventory once is no longer needed. To check if the Retail Scanning Inventory app is right for the user, the user can explore all its functionality with the following exceptions: The user can't set an IP address/host to send data using WI-FI. The app only exports 25 scanned items. To remove restrictions, the user can go to https://www.poncesolutions.com and buy a token. The token is valid for one device, for the live of that device. It is not transferable to another device. To download the token on the device, you use the email used to purchase the token. The email is only needed to download the token after that, no other information is needed. The apps's settings allow you customize the inventory count. You can set minimum and maximum quantities. You can use the app to verify barcode on the product with barcode on the shelfs to verify you are displaying correct information for products. You can set the app to expand UPC-E to UPC-A You can use previous item and enter several quantities in sequence until a new item is scanned. You can scan barcode and QR codes, depending on the Bluetooth scanner you pair with your device. You can choose to validate items agains an item master, if the item is not found in the item master, the auditor will need to enter twice to ensure the right item number has been scanned. You can limit the item lengths that are accepted. You can default quantity as 1 and just keep scanning each individual item. Once inventory has been completed, you can write the data to a file. You can write a JSON, CSV, and ASC file. JSON files can be sent to the computer program in which you can combine multiple inventory devices. CSV is a common format that you can provide to your customers. ASC is a custom format that you can use with another inventory software. You can write to a file a detailed or summarized inventory. Inventory Screen shows the list of inventory taken so far with the the most recent at the top Import/Export Screen allows you to import an item master that you have saved on your device, export the inventory to files or send the inventory wirelessly when using the computer software. Delete Screen allows you to delete current inventory Settings Screen allows you to customize how the inventory is taken Item Master Screen shows a list of the item master your loaded on your device Totals shows area-section total. Quantity count and amount count. Besides pairing a Bluetooth Scanner, you can also pair a Bluetooth keypad. I prefer to use a mechanical 10 keypad. This will help to count with more efficiency
