Ariston Group Quick-Fix is an interactive tool that allows specialized technicians* to be guided in solving problems relating to Ariston, Chaffoteaux and ELCO products in a few simple steps and directly on the field: - Scan the product's Bar-Code, or manually enter the requested information; - Quickly access product documentation, such as: user manuals, exploded views, spare part lists, technical notes; - Let yourself be interactively guided to the solution by entering an error code or a symptom; - Take advantage of the NFC function to read the parameters of an electric storage water heater and check that everything is correctly aligned; - Thanks to the local saving of product searches and related documents, the app can also be used in places where an Internet connection is not available; *Access to the app is guaranteed only to authorized users; for more information please write to your service area manager.
