Altimeter - altitude and more vs Pressure Altimeter Tracker Usage & Stats

Have you reached the summit of a mountain and want to determine the altitude? Or are you on the way there and want to know how far it is? Altimeter shows you your current altitude. Also on your Apple Watch! Or there are points on your route that you want to find again later? No problem, Altimeter allows you to save locations with name and icon to navigate back to them later. On your iPhone, your iPad and your Apple Watch. Altimeter is free and has no ads. If you like using Altimeter, you can support further development by making a donation. If you have any questions or comments, you can send a support request within the app. Features - Height in meters or feet with accuracy - Locations in multiple coordinate systems (International, Swiss, UTM, MGRS) - Save locations and navigate to them - Share location and altitude with friends - System light/dark mode, colored or monochrome - iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch Altimeter uses the GPS chip to determine altitude. To save battery, the chip is only used when the app is displayed on your iPhone, your iPad or Apple Watch. No background activity. Your position is not recorded. Note The accuracy depends on the reception of the GPS satellites. Reception is limited indoors. Continuous use of the GPS can significantly shorten the battery life. AltiTracker runs automatically in the background and keeps track of altitude changes in real time. The app's interactive graphs let you see and explore altitude changes and trends over time. With our Live Activities feature, AltiTracker shows your current altitude even when you phone is locked. You can select either sea-level operation or a relative altitude mode that tracks your altitude relative to a selected reference altitude (for example, your altitude relative to your base camp). Optional CSV export/import capabilities let you save your altitude data at ultra-high one-second resolution, and you can explore previously saved CSV altitude data directly in the app. The included Watch app can run stand-alone on your Watch fully independent of your iPhone. Our Watch app also let you easily adjust all key settings such as reference pressure or relative altitude. Real-time stats let you track your total climb/descent info, min/max altitude, vertical speed, and direction. You can set your sea level altitude or pressure manually, or use the GPS feature to obtain a reference altitude automatically. Our Live Background feature helps ensure that you maximize battery life by automatically turning off operation after the desired background runtime period. And our climb sensitivity feature helps minimize the classic problem of weather-based altimeter "drift" between active climbs. For mariners, our app can even estimate wave height and distance between waves. And for good measure, we included our NOAA/ICAO station-based weather data along with our amazing wind speed analyzer. As you can see, we set out to build the most advanced pressure-based altimeter app out there and we hope you give it a try!
