Charge HQ is a smart EV charging app for your home. It supports either a Tesla vehicle or a smart charger (OCPP compliant). For details see https://chargehq.net/
Features include:
- solar tracking - divert your excess solar to your EV instead of the grid (requires supported inverter - see the web site)
- charge your home battery before your EV, or vice-versa
- scheduled charging
- detailed charging history, including a breakdown of how much energy came from solar vs the grid
- monitor and control charging from the app
- automatic start and stop charging based on wholesale electricity price (Amber Electric or AEMO spot price - Australia only)
- start and stop based on grid renewables level (Australia only)
Charge HQ does not require any additional hardware - it runs in the cloud and connects to your existing equipment. Please check the web site to determine if your equipment is supported.
