HEM-POWR App is intended solely for the participants in the HEM-POWR study in the United States: Observational Study Evaluating Effectiveness and Safety of Real-World Treatment with Damoctocog alfa pegol in Previously Treated Patients with Hemophilia A. The purpose of the app is to help participants to answer the electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes Questionnaires which are part of your participation in the HEM-POWR study. Utilizing Microhealth and HEM-POWR apps is absolutely voluntary and your decision to use or not use it will neither affect your participation in the HEM-POWR study nor the standard medical care for you / your child. This tool includes electronic reminders concerning Patient-Reported Outcomes Questionnaires, a personal and password-protected database for entry, and features to permit those involved in the HEM-POWR study to get relevant reports FOR NON-EMERGENCY REASONS ONLY. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
