EYDAP's new application offers quick and direct access to all of the company's online services with mobile enhancements.
More specifically, users have access to the following features:
- Bill Services: Using your device barcode scanner you can now pay your bill with a debit, credit / prepaid card or access all available e-banking platforms. You may also find the nearest points of payment through the interactive map.
- Registered users may login to view all their water meters and proceed pay any outstanding bills.
- Fault Reporting: Easily report a problem using your mobile device by taking a photo and providing location information via the device GPS. You will receive an email notification with the fault details and be able to re-submit the details if required.
- Customer Support: Learn about scheduled works and planned improvements in real time. Find our customer services locations on the map for easy navigation or contact our customer support service who are always willing to help.

Elpedison – By your side, with all our energy!
Elpedison offers its customers a wide portfolio of electronic services that make their everyday life easier.
Specifically, the myElpedison service platform offers:
- The "At a glance" service, through which the customer will be able to see the list of meters that have a due amount and make a payment for the total amount owed to Elpedison.
- The "My Meters" service, which allows the customer to view basic meter info and also select the meter that he/she wants to display and navigate.
- The "My Consumption" service, which offers graphs of customer consumption over time, either in kWh or in euros. The service also shows a list of the 12 last measurements regardless of origin [Customer measurement or HEDNO (DEDDIE)].
- The "View My Bill" service, whereby the customer can see all of his electricity bills and get his current bill immediately and quickly. The customer will also be able to see the payment history of his/her meter.
- The "Online Payment" service, which allows for immediate and quick payment of the bill, electronically, in a completely secure environment. The customer will also be able to see the payments performed during the last 5 days through the myElpedison platform.
- The "Count on Your Own" service, which allows the customer to register his meter readings electronically.
- The "myElpedison Profile" service, through which the customer can change individual details of the myElpedison service profile.
- The "Billing Preferences" service, whereby customers currently receiving their bill at their physical address can activate the ebill service.
- The "Personal Information" service, where the customer can modify specific information about him/her.
- The "Private Messages" service, through which the customer can receive direct personal messages from Elpedison.
- The "My News" service, where the customer can learn the latest news from Elpedison.
- The "My Opinion Matters" service, where the customer can provide feedback on the app.
- The "Frequently Asked Questions" service, through which the customer can find the most frequently asked questions and answers regarding Elpedison customers.
