For 24/7 care for minor illnesses and injuries: Request a visit – Open the CincyKids Health Connect app and request a visit, provide medical history and pay for the visit. Talk to a pediatric expert –Within minutes, a board-certified pediatric expert reviews your child’s medical history and begins a video visit with you and your child. CincyKids Health Connect video visits are committed to addressing your child’s needs. We can refer you to an in-person care provider if needed. CincyKids Health Connect video visits are private, secure and HIPAA compliant.
