Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions about your health, medical conditions or medications. This does not replace your medical record. What people are saying “I was concerned about stomach pains related to either colitis or menopause-the former might be serious. I read the guide to help me decide whether to talk to my consultant nurse at the hospital” “I think it is a good structure. Particularly useful for anyone who may be intimidated or anxious when dealing with healthcare professionals” “Increased [my] confidence in knowing the correct service was being accessed for my care” “It really helped me to note down questions to take to my appointments and make notes on anything discussed so that I can keep track.” “It’s very good” “easy to follow and reminded you what to ask during telephone call with GP” “I really liked the design of it. It was really easy to use, and I’ve actually got it here now so that’s jogging my memory as well a bit. But yeah, some apps can be really quite confusing to navigate. But it's so simple, you can just click on what exactly you need, make that form of those notes. And then I really liked I remember, the diary, where you can record your appointments as well” “it made me think about other things I don’t normally think about when I go to the doctors, like, things to ask and things to look out for.” “I think all that is very interesting and helpful.” “I think it’s very useful” For more info: https://www.patientsafetyguide.org/what-is-the-guide/ Please don’t hesitate to get in contact or use the in-app feedback to give us your opinions: admin@patientsafetyguide.org
