Features: - Miniaturized reflectance/absorbance spectral analysis and material identification in NIR range. - Included chemometric models for BRIX (sweetness/tartness), Dry Matter (firmness/freshness) in Apples/Kiwi fruits & cocoa quantification of chocolate bars. - Default ADC Settings: LED Current = 50mA, AS7421 Sensor Gain = 6 (for all 64 channels), Integration Time = 500ms.
