The fruit was harvested over two picks to capture both freshness and flavour.  WINEMAKING The Barossa Grenache Rosé was processed through the modern winery at Seppeltsfield, then must chilled and immediately pressed. Fermented cool, the finished wines were held on light yeast lees for two months before blending and bottling. TASTING NOTES Colour: Ballet slipper pink. Aroma: White peach, strawberry, musk. Palate: Spice, texture and juicy acidity. Food pairing: Pork and ginger dumplings with a fresh Asian salad.
