Kaizen Energy offer full operational and management contracts for district and community heating systems. Kaizen Energy will assume the role of the energy services company (ESCO) for the scheme and manage all services on behalf of our clients. -- The Kaizen Energy Selfcare application currently supports our Pre-Pay customers only. However, we are in the process of adapting it for our Bill-Pay customers also and expect to roll it out to them by Summer 2022
