RTRS Service Safety app analytics for March 18

RTRS Service Safety was created to manage safety and forms used in service industries with custom observations, mobile forms, safety talks and file cabinets specifically configured for each company. Each service truck is configured with all of the critical information so employees no longer need to email or manage paper forms. And, the app works offline from any location! RTRS Service Safety allows companies to create specific observations such as Vehicle Walk Around Inspections- matching their own paper-based forms. Employees can track vehicle issues with notes and pictures and assign each issue to people in the company to resolve. Each issue can also be assigned to people outside of the company to assure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. RTRS Service Safety allows unlimited pictures to be added to the device and notes can be captured using voice dictation from any mobile device. For each issue, a severity can be chosen to help prioritize issues as they arise. There is also a reference field on each question which allows employees to track specific information required by each company (serial number, part #, etc). RTRS Service Safety also captures digital signatures to sign forms and safety topics. RTRS Service Safety also has a mobile form creator that allows you to digitize and eliminate all paper based forms that exist within each company. The forms can be option pulldowns, currency fields, time/date fields, radio buttons (male/female, true/false, yes/no) or even sketch fields to make filling out forms an easy process. Service Tickets can now be created in the field with no paper! RTRS Service Safety also contains a module to upload Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals so they are managed in a central location. RTRS Service Safety has a file cabinet built into the app in order to view specific policies, certifications and procedures from any device- while managing version control to ensure that field personnel only see the latest corporate documents.
