The doctor will help you to better understand your symptoms and how to get the best care available to you. The app will allow you to talk to a doctor through: (1) Call Back: one of our doctors will call you back for a telephone consultation (2) Video Consultations: schedule a video appointment with one of our doctors   We Care also allows you to request a second medical opinion for a significant number of complex conditions. Once you request a second medical opinion, one of our case managers will get in touch with you to understand your situation and discuss next steps.
