For caregivers aged 18 or older, Verily Me is a tool for enrolling, tracking, and managing the health of a child dependent aged 13-17. Stay informed with educational and wellness information tailored to the unique needs of the participants. Verily Me is not intended for real-time monitoring of health data, nor is it meant as a primary display of data. Verily Me is not meant to provide treatment decisions or be a substitute for professional healthcare advice. The platform is meant to be used in addition to a member’s standard of care. The Verily Me app is only available to eligible individuals enrolled in a Verily care program.
