The NuFemme app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from NuFemme. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As a NuFemme patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your NuFemme provider. Communicate with NuFemme in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The NuFemme app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended, and other parameters directly with the NuFemme app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for NuFemme patients and you can't use the app unless you're a NuFemme patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. NuFemme uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
