At present Loulé City Council holds 51% of the capital stock and Quinta do Lago, SA holds 49%. The creation of the company aimed specifically at gathering a set of skills and knowledge, that would allow a good management of the infrastructure and public spaces of Quinta do Lago and in this way guarantee the maintenance of the high quality standards of this urban space.
