The more you use “Achieve”, the more personalized your program recommendations will become. HEALTH APP INTEGRATION Newtopia integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit to sync health and tracking data between your devices. This will allow you and your Newtopia Inspirator to keep track of your health data in one location, for easy tracking and management. EFFECTIVE Newtopia is based on the proven principles of behavior psychology, genetic personalization, nutrition, and exercise to help formulate the right plan for success. HOW IT WORKS Getting started with Newtopia is easy! Simply complete your health assessment and download the app. Based on what we learn about you, we will create a custom weight loss and healthy living plan, and personality-match you with a certified Newtopia coach.
