Mit dieser App kann auf unterschiedliche Weise Dog gespielt werden: 1. Verbinde dich über Bluetooth mit Mitspielern und spiele Dog mit ihnen. Wenn weniger als vier oder sechs Spieler vorhanden sind, werden die Plätze mit Computer-Spielern aufgefüllt. Oder 2.: Verwende die App nur als Spielbrett. Um so zu spielen sind zusätzlich die Karten notwendig. Es wird wie herkömmlich mit den Karten gespielt. Die Spielsteine werden auf dem Display des Tablets (bevorzugt mit grossem Display) bewegt. Neben dem Ersatz des Spielbretts bietet diese App daneben einige hilfreiche Vorteile: Bei der Ausführung eines Zuges wird angezeigt, welcher Kartenwert für die Ausführung des Zuges notwendig ist. Somit ist ausgeschlossen, dass man sich beim Ziehen verzählt. Der Verlauf der Spielzüge ist in einer Tabelle sichtbar. Um den vollständigen Verlauf zu sehen, drücke auf den Button "Verlauf". Züge können rückgängig gemacht werden. Drücke dazu "Zurück" Spielzüge, die nicht erlaubt sind, können nicht ausgeführt werden. Diese Funktion kann in den Einstellungen deaktiviert werden, wenn man z.B. die Steine beliebig aufstellen möchte oder nach inoffiziellen Regeln spielen möchte. Die Steine können nicht vom Brett fallen bzw. weggeschubst werden. Standort-Zugriffsberechtigung wird benötigt, um Bluetooth-Scans auszuführen.
