Carpe NOCTEM! Seize the night! The COAST app connects you to your sleep care provider to achieve optimal sleep, i.e., sleep that is predictable, consolidated, sufficient, and restorative.
COAST is not a self-help app: The COAST app is one of the components of NOCTEM Health’s COAST clinical decision support platform designed to support provider-supervised treatment of insomnia or other behavioral sleep disorders (e.g., nightmares) from anywhere and in real time.
As such, the COAST app requires an activation code that can only be obtained from your sleep healthcare provider who is currently using the COAST platform.
The COAST app will allow you to report daily on your sleep and health habits daily, communicate with your sleep healthcare provider as needed, report your symptoms and progress, and receive personalized instructions from your provider.
All recommendations you can receive via the COAST app from your provider are based on scientifically proven techniques that improve sleep quality through behavior change.
Your COAST app will adapt according to your provider’s decisions regarding your sleep care, including the appropriate duration of the program for you. Most people complete their provider-supervised program in 6 weeks.
