Managed Protocol - uses UnaSecure, a proprietary encryption protocol developed by UnaBiz for NFC communications, so that all communications from and to the device are fully encrypted via UnaConnect. The fully integrated protocol also allows one click device activation. Legacy Protocol - uses standard NFC communication protocols with no encryption of the commands. The protocols are compatible with UnaInside and most iOS apps.
