Who it is addressed to The ZContinuous Feedback App is for employees of companies that have already activated the Continuous Feedback feature of the Human Resources Compensation and Assessment software. Operational notes In order for the application to work properly, the company must have previously purchased the Human Resources Compensation and Assessment solution, and activated the Continuous Feedback (v. 07.05.99 or higher) feature and the HR Portal (v. 08.08.00 or higher) by enabling individual workers to use it.
