Scientists advise taking an arm's length away from a screen. If this is difficult, keep at least 12 inch. This already has an effect to significantly reduce the risk of myopia. • What's myopia? Myopia is an abnormality of the eye that requires minus glasses to see clearly. This is because the eyeball is too long. As a result, the focal point of the light rays entering the eye falls in front of the retina instead of on it, creating a blurred image. • Could my child bypass the EyeKid app? Your child can of course always leave the EyeKid app and open another app. The question is whether they will do this.
