Stamina Bar is an innovative Apple Watch app designed to gamify health metrics, transforming complex data into a fun and intuitive experience. By visualizing your health as a dynamic stamina bar, this app empowers you to take control of your fitness journey and make smarter decisions about your wellness. The idea for Stamina Bar was born out of a personal challenge. While training for a 50-mile ultramarathon, I needed a way to better understand my recovery and exertion levels.
I built Stamina Bar to solve a real-world problem: making complex health metrics simple, actionable, and engaging. What started as a personal project has grown into a tool helping thousands of users worldwide take charge of their fitness.
Green/Blue Zones: Fully recovered and ready to perform at your best.
Yellow/Orange Zones: Moderate exertion; keep pushing or take a breather.
Red Zones: Overexertion—slow down to prevent burnout or injury.

Your health metrics, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV), VO2 Max, and more, are visualized as an easy-to-understand stamina bar.

MoveFITT is a physical activity tracker to help you meet the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans to improve your overall health. It provides the recommended goals for daily physical activity, weekly physical activity, step count, and muscle strengthening activity.
Track how many minutes you were physically active for the day and week. In addition, track how many muscle strengthening activities (weight training) you performed in the week and see your progress towards the Physical Activity Guidelines goal for muscle strengthening.
Adjust and set your goals to become a healthier YOU!
MoveFITT also tracks other health metrics such as active calories burned, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability. It also provides you your workout history.
MoveFITT integrates with the Health app and other fitness apps in order to display data collected by your Apple Watch and/or phone.
