Tracking and Entry Codes are synced to the Bench from your mobile app. Delivery drivers will be prompted to enter a portion of the Tracking Code to access your Bench. You will be notified of all Bench activities, deliveries, access using an Entry Code and any failed attempts to access your Bench. The Bench can be used by ALL carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, OnTrac, etc.) and home delivery services (meal delivery, grocery delivery, dry cleaning, neighborhood swap, etc).
