PASSION-HF is a gamified application enabling self-care of chronic heart failure and tracking and monitoring of medication intake adherence. A visual storytelling application progressing as long as the user adheres to the medication plan. Track your progress with the help of a calendar and the visual cues of the virtual cues. Consult Dr.Me if an intake was skipped and progress further in the visual storytelling.
