Total Deductibles (PF + Stamp Duty): Rs 1,617 In-Hand Amount: Loan Amount - Total Deductibles = Rs 77,000 - 1,617 = Rs 75,383 Total Repayable Amount: Rs 95,480 No of Equal Monthly Rentals: 12 Equal Monthly Rental (EMI) Amount: Rs 7,957 ** The deductibles (PF + Stamp duty) is deducted upfront during the loan disbursal.
