The Full Charge app is designed to make the coaching profession more transformational than transactional. What began as a desire to be proactive in the mental and physical well being of the student athlete and teach life lessons that transcend the court or playing field has morphed into a full service organizational platform to monitor the mind, body and spirit of the student-athletes. Key features: 1) The ability to be proactive in the mental and physical wellness of the student-athlete. 2) Teaching life lessons on physical, spiritual, and mental wellness. Athletics are much more than just a game 3) The opportunity to meet student-athletes where they are and adjust practices depending on the overall team wellness based on the survey results. 4) Helping the coaching staff become far more transformational in their coaching.
