My Family is a digital solution for 24/7 care management by family members who employ professional caretakers. The system was developed to ease the load of caregivers and address all issues related to care management. The system enables smooth and efficient communication and cooperation between all the parties involved in the care, thus easing the daily stress of families caring for the elderly. Families faced with the employment of professional caretakers face many issues, for example, issues related to employment (working hours, payment of wages, reimbursement of expenses), issues related to the care plan and daily routine, issues related to managing the household expenses and issues related to managing a schedule visible to all. (tests, treatments, appointments, family events). Working with the app enables continuous and complete communication between the family members and the foreign therapist, including saving treatment information that is accessible to everyone within the system.
