Catch a Ride vs Accessibili-D Uso & Estadísticas

The Accessibili-D app helps you get where you need to go in Detroit safely and easily. How can I catch a ride? DOWNLOAD THE APP: Get started by downloading the Accessibili-D app. BOOK A RIDE: Using the app, select one of the many stops as your pick up and dropoff locations, then request a vehicle. Need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle? Make sure your app has “Wheelchair Accessibility” enabled. GET PICKED UP: The app will tell you when an Accessibili-D vehicle is on its way and let you know when it arrives. Confirm it’s the right vehicle, hop in, and check in by scanning the QR code in the vehicle with the app. For wheelchair users, our Autonomous Vehicle Operator (AVO) will assist you with boarding and securing your wheelchair.
