i-ALERT, the new telematics solution from Ashok Leyland is the state of the art technology from AL, which enables the customer to monitor the status of the vehicles and also the vehicle health. AL is the Pioneer in the industry to have offered such a solution on all types of vehicle platforms The i-ALERT solution is enabled by a customised OBU that is mounted to the vehicle which continuously tracks the vehicle TnT (Track and Trace) & VHMD (Vehicle Health Monitoring & Diagnostics). This combined with the totally in-house developed i-ALERT solution offers the customer a variety of features like TnT (where is my vehicle), VHMD (How is my vehicle), Trends, Collaboration, Alerts & Reports, that will improve the productivity, reduce breakdowns and ensure higher uptime thereby higher profits.
