The basic concept for calculating the weight of a pipe is given in the below steps.
1) calculate the total cross-sectional area of the pipe.
2) calculate the total volume of the pipe as below.
volume = total sectional area x length of pipe.
3) calculate the weight of the pipe as below process.
weight of pipe = volume of pipe x unit weight of pipe materials.

Layout is Gives Flat Plate Width and Length Size and 24 Parts Value for Lay outing Flat Pattern of Branch Pipe.
This App Included Following Flat Pattern or Fabrication Layout Options :
1. Pipe or Shell Layout. – In this Function Pipe or Shell Flat Pattern is calculated. It has option for No of Parts and No. of Levels to get Pipe layout. In this Input is required as Diameter and Height of Pipe or Shell. Layout is Gives Flat Plate Width and Length Size.
2.Pipe or Cylinder Truncated at an Angle at Top Side. - In this Pipe or Cylinder is truncated at an angle. We have to give Input value as Pipe Diameter, Large Side Height and Small Side Height.
3.Pipe or Cylinder Truncated at an Angle at Top and Bottom Side - In this Pipe or Cylinder is truncated at an angle at Both Top and Bottom Side. We have to give Input value as Pipe Diameter, Pipe Center height , Pipe Top Side Angle, Pipe Bottom Side Angle.
4.Pipe or Cylinder Truncated at Top With Some Radius - In this Pipe or Cylinder is truncated at Some Radius at Top of the Pipe or Cylinder. We have to give Input value as Pipe Diameter, Pipe Center height, Pipe Top Side Radius.
5.Pipe to Pipe OR Cylinder to Cylinder Intersection at 90 Deg. with Equal Diameter – In This Branch is formed by intersection of two cylinder or pipes. Branch Pipe or Cylinder is at 90 deg. having equal Diameter of Branch and Main Pipe. We have to give Input value as Main or Branch Pipe Diameter, Nozzle or Pipe or Cylinder Center Distance from axis.
6.Pipe to Pipe OR Cylinder to Cylinder Intersection at 90 Deg. with unequal Diameter and offset Distance – In This Branch is formed by intersection of two cylinder or pipes. We have to give Input value as Cone Large Side Diameter, Cone Small Side Diameter, Cone Height, Pipe or Nozzle Diameter, Pipe or Nozzle height from Cone Base, Pipe or Branch Center Distance from center Axis.
8.Pipe to Cone OR Cone to Cylinder OR Cone to Nozzle Intersection with Parallel axis – In this Pipe or Nozzle or Cylinder interaction with Cone is formed at Parallel Axis. We have to give Input value as Cone Large Side Diameter, Cone Small Side Diameter, Cone Height, Pipe or Nozzle Diameter, Pipe or Nozzle height from Cone Base, Pipe or Branch Center Distance from center Axis.
