The EDM THESIS mobile application is a tool for accessing the system from anywhere in the world and from any mobile device. Offline mode of operation provides an opportunity to manage the processes of the enterprise even in the absence of access to the Internet. The mobile application allows you to: • Set tasks for employees and monitor their implementation; • Work with documents and contracts of the system: create them, endorsement, approve, conduct an acquaintance and discuss any questions related to them; • Organize meetings: invite participants, appoint speakers, arrange agendas and endorsement them; • Work with as standard system processes as processes created in the process designer; • Receive notifications about the need to perform an action in the system and information notifications about changes in documents; • Sign documents using electronic signature CryptoPro; • Log in using Touch ID/Fingerprint and QR code.
