O Agenda Fácil é um aplicativo lançado pela Prefeitura de São Paulo e tem como objetivo de facilitar a vida do munícipe. Com ele você pode: • Atualizar seus dados de contato; • Visualizar os resultados dos exames realizados nos laboratórios municipais; • Realizar agendamentos na sua unidade básica de saúde (UBS); • Verificar pedidos em fila de espera e se agendar; • Fazer a confirmação de pré-agendamentos de consultas e exames especializados; • Cancelar ou remarcar agendamentos; • Visualizar os resultados dos exames realizados nos laboratórios da rede municipal. Para se cadastrar no Agenda Fácil, é necessário retirar na UBS de referência o código autorizador, que será utilizado apenas para o primeiro acesso.
