Alabama Blue allows Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama members to access their health plan information on the go. Register or log in to: • Check your claims and benefits • View or email your ID card • Track your deductible and out-of-pocket spend • Find a doctor in your network • Communicate securely with Customer Service Use your myBlueCross username and password to access your online account from the app. You can also set up Touch or Face ID for quicker access. There is no charge from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama to download, but rates from your wireless provider may apply.
