You can ride an e-scooters if you are 16 years old or older! You can ride an e-scooter after passing age verification and a traffic rules test. 2. Complete everything from ride to payment with the app Procedures to use are completed via the app and the ride begins. Payment is also made through the app, so all you need is a mobile phone. 3.
