Break bad habits & addictions vs 12 Steps: Addiction Recovery Usage & Stats

Get over your bad habits and addictions more easily for life. This app allows you to monitor, record and analyze your bad habits to increase your self-control and improve your lifestyle. How does the habit tracking app work? It is said that it takes 21 days to form a new habit, so why not give it a try. To get started, all you need to do is enter the type of habit, the name and the start date. Goals will be met as time increases. Which habits can be stopped? There is no limitation, since the icons of addictions are simply indicative and you can write your own addiction, although among the predefined ones there are the following: Quitting alcohol, drugs, tobacco, junk food, social networks, video games, porn, nofap, gambling, coffee, weed, and a long etcetera. Relapse counter If you ever have a relapse, it is very easy to reset the counter. You only have to indicate how much time or money you have lost and it will be deducted from the total. Habits Widget If you want to always have a particular habit at hand, you have the possibility to create a widget to view it from the application menu of your phone. Habit statistics and calendar We have worked to create an intuitive app, so all the information has been condensed into a single view. The habits calendar shows all the relapses during the month. You can see all the time or money saved through abstaining and savings forecasts from the week to the century. Types of bad habits and addictions You can choose 3 types of addictions: 1. Those that make you lose money 2. Those that make you waste time 3. The ones that make you lose energy and vitality Customization of habits Unlike other apps, this application allows you to change the color of addictions whenever you want and totally free. There are a total of 12 gradients specially designed to match each other. Daily notifications Every time you achieve a new goal or progress in your addiction, you will receive a new push notification congratulating you on your new achievement. The habit goals are the first 24h, 3 days, 10 days and so on until the year, in which the habit is considered to be more than overcome. Of course, this option is optional and you can disable it at any time. Affirmation of the day To boost your confidence and motivation, a daily affirmation is displayed. It has been proven that daily affirmations are able to increase people's confidence, security and perseverance. Security PIN If you want to keep your privacy and no one can see what addictions you are trying to quit, the Security PIN is ideal for you. With just 3 steps, you will be able to create a code that will be requested every time you open the app.
